USGI Drop Leg IFAK Pouch

Description

This is a convertible drop leg IFAK pouch that was used in the US Military. The pouch can either be worn drop leg style or taken off the straps and attached by the MOLLE straps to compatible surfaces. The pouch secures items inside with a full length zipper. Inside the pouch there are elastic bands for securing supplies. There is also a small zippered pocket inside for securing supplies and to help with organization. On the front there is a small zippered pocket for storing supplies.
