USGI Granite Gear Chief Patrol Pack

Description

This is a Granite Gear Chief Patrol Pack. The Chief Patrol Pack is a large format rucksack with an internal frame that is issued to various US Special Forces. Granite Gear was awarded a contract for the Chief Patrol after extensive testing at Natick’s Special Operations Office revealed that the pack met US Special Operation Forces requirements for a load carriage system. The Chief Patrol features a single large compartment with upper drawstring cinch and flapped lid, inside the main compartment are lashing straps used for securing various items withing the main compartment. The main compartment is also accessible via a dual zippered flap located on the front of the bag. This allows individuals to access items within the ruck without having to pull everything out of the top. Additional features include external MOLLE webbing across the whole bag, compression straps, adjustable padded shoulder straps and waist belt, internal Chief Framesheet, zippered compartments on main compartments lid, 4”x4” loop field, and 6 carry handles in various locations. Overall, this is one large and comfortable backpack that is sure to impress on that next long adventure or infill to the objective.
