Description

This is a standard field shirt in the iconic British DPM pattern. Similar to the US BDU tops, this shirt was standard issue for decades in the British military. It features four large pockets on the front, as well as two zippered pockets behind the chest pockets. The zippered pockets extend all the way to the collar and are perfect for large flat items like maps. The four main pockets are quite large and are perfect for a variety of field items like MRE’s, ammo, gloves, or whatever else you need. The jacket is made of a cotton/poly ripstop for great durability, but are still fairly soft to the touch and comfortable. The jackets do originally come with a DWR, Durable Water Repellent, coating. This coating does wear off after a few washes, so it is safe to assume it needs to be reapplied on these jackets as they were used by the British Military. The two-way zipper allows for extra breathability in mild weather, but for colder climates you can tighten the waist drawstring to hold in more heat. Overall this is a great field jacket for a wide variety of temperatures.

Sizing has been converted to US BDU sizing. Below is the conversion chart for British sizing vs US BDU sizing. British sizing is formatted into two numbers, the first being height in centimeters and the second being chest size in centimeters.
