This Improved Outer Tactical Vest is in like new condition. Like new means that it is very good condition with minimal if any signs of wear but without tags indicating its brand new. This vest is complete with all size matching components.
This is a generation III multicam ITOV that is used by the US Army. This plate carrier includes all soft armor inserts but no ballistic plates. The generation III ITOV has many upgrades from past generations. The main and easiest to identify upgrade and improvement is the vest closure and emergency doffing system. The vest is secured closed with buckles instead of hook and loop, this improves the life span of the vest being able to be worn properly and the buckles allow for the emergency doffing system to work and be put back together easier.
