These are new tension pneumothorax needles from H&H. These needles are commonly referred to as needle chest decompression (NCD) or decompression needles and are a emergency method for relieving injured persons that have tension pneumothorax from wounds. These decompression needles are an essential for extensive and specialized medic kits.
