These are pressure pad dressings from Chinook Medical Gear. These dressings are for applying pressure to wounds that aren’t severe enough to warrant a bandage such as an Israeli. The pad is applied to the wound and then tied around and onto the injured person with the elastic band attached to the pad. These pressure pads are a great addition to any first aid kit for treating less then severe bleeding and similar wounds.
