This is a Mountain House Breakfast Skillet #10 Can. These #10 cans are great for stowing away or feeding large groups while out camping. Each serving is 260 calories with a total of 8 servings per can. When stored in a cool, dry location these meals have a 30 year shelf life from the date of manufacture. When cooking the entire can no additional pans are required as you simply add the hot water to the can. Cans are resealable for storage when consuming individual servings. Please note 30 year shelf life only applies to un-opened cans, shelf life may vary once cans are opened.

Basic preparation instructions for the can is as follows:
1: Open can, remove oxygen absorber.
2: Add 5 1/3 cups (43oz) of water
3: Stir carefully and cover
4: Wait 5 minutes, stir again and reseal
5: Let stand an additional 4 minutes
6: Stir and serve

Basic preparation instructions for a single serving is as follows:
1: Add 2/3 cups of water to 1 1/4 cup of dry mix.
2: Follow steps 3-6 above.
