Theses are North American Rescue 6 inch Flat Emergency Trauma Dressings (ETD). The 6″ ETD has been designed and perfected based on After Action Reviews from real combat situations. It is designed to be easy to use and to provide secure immediate pressure to the wound. The ETD is similar is overall appearance, use and function to the standard Israeli Emergency Bandage and is a good alternative to the Israeli. This particular variation of the ETD is packaged flat making these ETD easy to carry in smaller IFAKs, pouches or pockets.
