RACAL Commercial Lightweight Headset, MBITR

Description

This is a RACAL Commercial Lightweight Headset for the MBITR. These RACAL headsets have 6 pin connectors for use with other compatible 6 pin radio systems. These headsets have the PTT built right in so no need to source extra parts with these headsets. The headband is non adjustable for size. On on side is a speaker that the mic boom is attached to, and the other side has a piece that holds the headband to your opposite ear. The mic boom is flexible, so it can be adjusted to sit where needed. The PTT is wired into the speaker and there is a large PTT with a clip, so that it can be mounted to gear or clothing. Overall this is a simple headset for compatible radios.

These headsets were designed for use with military radios and will not work with civilian radios without significant modification.
