These pouches may not look like a lot, but they are made to carry something that would say otherwise very loudly. The standard issue Flashbang pouch is a good small pouch for holding flashbangs to multitools. The simple adjustable buckled flap is easy to use and keep items stored inside secure. It’s a pretty slim pouch so it’ll mount just about anywhere with the one MOLLE strap on the back.

As mentioned in description, good for multi-tools, BUT, it is awesome, just the right size, for carrying Tourniquets.
Be it the CAT, SOF-T, or any of the elastic kind, they all fit, AND, because this pouch is issued, you can ask for them through S-4, and should have no problem getting a few.
If, however, your S-4 was like my last supply guy, order a handful here, use some Krylon, “Paint it Black” LOL, (or Tan, etc ,) and Voila!
