Description
This is a small rucksack used by the Swiss military. Made of the popular TAZ-83 “Alpenflage” camo pattern, this rucksack integrates with the Swiss Alpenflage shirts and parkas. The shoulder straps of the pack have hooks that integrate with spots on Swiss uniform tops and there is a simple buckled waist belt. In typical Swiss fashion, this rucksack is very sturdy and well designed. Consisting of a large main compartment and two cinch pockets for mortar shells, this is a great pack for 1-2 day missions. The main compartment closes with three button snaps, and offers enough space for a compact sleeping system, food, or other supplies. the two mortar compartments are pretty self explanatory and simply have elastic at the top for security. As with any Alpenflage items, there will be slight variations in fabric and hardware color. This pack is designed specifically to integrate with the appropriate shirts and parkas, and will require modification to be used as a standalone pack. Overall, this is a great small rucksack for carrying the essentials while looking cool.
