Tech Products Poncho Liner, ABU

Description

This is a Poncho Liner, aka the Woobie, by Tech Products. The woobie was originally designed to be paired with a poncho to create lightweight sleep system allowing soldiers to avoid carrying bulky sleep systems when the mission allows it. There are ties along the sides that allow it to be integrated into the poncho, or for it to just be tied down to whatever you need. The ripstop nylon shell is water and wind resistant, and there is a polyester batting inside. This material makes the blanket very warm for how thin and light it is, and it can stand up to some decently hard use as a result. Packing these down is easy, and they are great for use as an additional layer in a sleeping bag in colder weather. Uses also include just about anywhere you want a nice warm blanket, that’s not bulky. At around 88″ x 63″ they’re plenty big to wrap up in comfortably, wherever you take it. Great for camping, around the fire, in the house and for emergency kits.

Please note that Tech Products ABU Poncho Liners have a shade variance. Some Poncho Liners appear greener like standard ABU and the others a whiter shade. At this time we CANNOT accommodate requests for a specific shade.

This is not a poncho, this is literally just the blanket that can be used as a liner inside the poncho, there is no hole for your head in the liner.

• Water Resistant – It can be exposed to water for a short period of time without being damaged or saturated with water. Generally not recommended to submerge Water Resistant items unless item is made for that level of exposure.
