Description
These are 41st Infantry Regiment Unit Crest Pins. These crest pins are authorized for wear on a Soldier’s dress uniform indicating their affiliation with that unit. The 41st Infantry Regiment was constituted into the regular army in June of 1917 at Fort Snelling, Minnesota. The 41st has been activated twice in its history, from 1917-1921 and 1927 to the present. In that time the 41st has participated in WWII, Operation Desert Storm, Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. The 41st Infantry Regiment is currently assigned to the 2nd Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division at Fort Carson, Colorado.
