Description

This is the IFAK pouch that was used in the US Army. You use the IFAK pouch to carry essential medical supplies. The insert securely holds all the necessary medical items in place. You attach it to the pouch with a shock cord when taken out. The buckled flap secures the insert and other items inside. Also, you can mount the pouch to any MOLLE compatible surface.

  • Includes IFAK Insert – First Aid Kit includes a removable insert for storing medical supplies.
  • Buckle Closure – This has a buckle closure to secure the contents inside.
