Description

These are US Army issued IFAK II pouches. These are the newest version of the IFAK and can be opened from both the left and right side. The pouch includes the insert to hold all your medical items securely. The insert ties down so that when pulled out it does not get lost.

Features:

  • Includes IFAK Insert – First Aid Kit includes a removable insert for storing medical supplies.
  • MOLLE Webbing – MOLLE webbing on exterior for attaching additional pouches and accessories.
  • MOLLE Compatible – This item is compatible with MOLLE webbing.
  • 2 MOLLE Straps – This pouch has 2 MOLLE straps to attach it to MOLLE webbing.
