Stephen Perron –
I have mine issues from the Navy but make no mistake this is a solid piece of kit. Without the liner it’s good for as low as 30°F to 40°F weather when it’s cold and obviously it’ll do well even if it downpouring harder than a monsoon in east Asia. With the liner attached on the inside you can easily use this thing down to -10°F weather without any additional insulation and still feel pretty warm on the inside. Overall it does a bang up job no matter weather and the pockets make it very versatile. Lots of room to hold your things and maybe even your hands in said pockets assuming there aren’t any Chiefs nearby to knife hand you for doing so!
