USGI ALICE Combat Lifesaver Bag

Description

This is the old style Combat Lifesaver Bag used in the US Military. The bag is carried slung folded up and easily comes unfolded. When unfolded there are three zippered compartments that are used to hold medical supplies securely. This is a good bag for holding multiple persons worth of medical supplies ready to go, and for organizing tools in your car or truck when you don’t need a whole tool box!

Buckle may vary, see photos for different types! Newer versions, these are old as it is, have standard buckles and older versions have webbing buckles.
