These are VS-17 aerial marking panels used in the US Military. Aircraft can easily identify these brightly colored panels. These are a go to way to mark positions, gear, vehicles and anything else you want to make sure gets seent. For hunters, these are a great way to get that square inch requirement of safety orange met, especially for packs and bags! These come as large flags essentially, but cut down easy to fit where you need them. Also, the tie downs are already attached for secure placement. You can connect multiple panels together using the button snaps, as well.

There should be a warning to wear eye protection prior to operating this panel, it is that bright! The product arrived in new condition with tiedowns at four corners. The fabric is very tough–beyond ripstop. Thought I would nick it and then tear off strips but no dice. Very durable. I use it to mark my pack during hunting season.
